Prefabricated Façade Panels

Prefabricated panels can be manufactured with thermal break technology, using EPS lightweighting, polyurethane, or the latest high-performance thermal materials.
For the external finish of prefabricated panels, whether horizontal or vertical, it is possible to choose from classic smooth formwork finishes, gravel finishes, or architectural patterns created using molds. This allows the option of casting with traditional, white, or integrally colored concrete at the manufacturing facility.
Double-Wall Panels
Do you need to construct perimeter walls for a basement or reinforced concrete partitions and are looking for a quick and cost-effective solution? Catania Group offers double-wall reinforced concrete panels (bilayer or precast wall type).
Double-wall panels are prefabricated elements consisting of two concrete slabs, each 4, 5, or 6 cm thick, connected by electro-welded trusses or reinforced concrete cages. These can be integrated with the required reinforcement according to the project specifications directly at the factory. The construction process is the same as that of a traditional wall. The minimum thickness of the finished wall is 20 cm, and the standard module widths are 120 or 250 cm.
Prefabricated Stair Ramps
Catania Group offers its clients the supply of prefabricated accessory elements, such as stair ramps and prefabricated landings. The use of prefabricated stair ramps is well-suited for both industrial and commercial applications, as well as in civil construction, in all situations where the primary requirement of the project is “speed.” Typically constructed with a riser of 16 cm and a tread of 30 cm, we are capable of designing custom solutions for all stairwells specified in the projects.
